Once you’ve learned to breathe mindfully, you can “go anywhere, anytime”. It is like finding the keys to your vehicle. The more you practice it with awareness, the more it becomes available to you when you really need it. In this course you will find some benefits of breathing, other than the life-giving purpose thereof.
The course is experiential with enough supporting theory and resources to assist you to live mindfully at home and at work. The primary focus of this course is mindful self-care of therapists. You will be able to practice these exercises and frame of reference in your private life, as well as in your practice. It is not focused on teaching you to become a mindfulness teacher.
